How to Get the Nightclub Flash Photo Look
The club look is a hard flash freezing your subject sharply while the background stays dark, colourful, and slightly motion-blurred from the ambient club lights. Shoot it with flash and a slow shutter, or apply a nightlife flash preset to an existing photo.
Why club photos look like that

Why is the background so colourful in club photos?
The ambient light in a club is coloured stage lighting. The flash only lights the foreground; the background keeps its colour because it's exposed by those coloured lights, not the flash.
